The Minister of Employment and Labour, has under section 55(1) of the Employment Equity Act, 1998 (Act 55 of 1998 as amended), and on the advice of the Commission for Employment Equity, published the Employment Equity Regulations in the Schedule.
Employment Equity Regulations, 2014, have been repealed.
