Draft amendments to the Private Security Industry Regulations were published on March 28th, 2024. These proposed changes carry severe consequences for the private security industry - its clients, employees, stakeholders, and public safety at large.
Interested parties have four weeks to submit written comments to the Office of the Director: Private Security Regulatory Authority at Regulations@psira.co.za
