The President in terms of section 38 of the Climate Change Act, 2024, has commenced the Climate Change Act and Regulations (22/2024) with effect from 17 March 2025, save for certain sections.
Insertion of annexure to the Explosives Regulations, 2024
Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations (85/1993)
These regulations were first published in GNR.109 of 17 January 2003, repealed by GNR.50960 of 23 July 2024 and corrected by GNR. of 2024.
The Minister of Employment and Labour, has issued a correction to the Government Notice Gazette No. 50960 of 23 July 2024 and inserted into the Explosives Regulations, 2024, the annexure, (Annexure 1), specified in the Schedule thereto.
