Immigration Act and Regulations (13/2002)
The Minister of Home Affairs, in terms of section 7 of the Immigration Act, 2002 (Act No.13 of 2002), and after consultation with the Immigration Advisory Board, has made the Regulations in the Schedule.
Points-Based System Regarding General Work Visas and Critical Skills Work Visas
Immigration Act and Regulations (13/2002)
The Minister of Home Affairs, in terms of sections 19(2) and (4) of the Immigration Act, 2002 (Act No. 13 of 2002), read together with regulation 18(12) and (13) of the Immigration Regulations, 2014, and after consultation with the Immigration Advisory Board, has determined the points-based system, applicable to general work visas and critical skills work visas.
