The Minister of Transport, in terms of section 155(1) of the Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 2009), has made the Regulations set out in the Schedule.
These regulations amend the Civil Aviation Regulations, 2011 published by Government Notice No. R.425 dated 1 June 2012, as amended.
