Carbon Tax Act and Regulations (15/2019)
The Minister of Finance, under section 19(c) of the Carbon Tax Act, 2019 (Act No. 15 of 2019), for the purposes of section 13 of the Act, has made the regulations as set out in the Schedule hereto.
